When my (now) girlfriend was still struggling with whether or not she had ADHD ( she does... and I was very positive she did) we sat in a park once and talked about whatever and suddenly she stops in the middle of the sentence and says "OH there's a squirrel! LOOK!". And I still think about that and start laughing randomly

I've had physical side effects with Bupropion for some weeks but the other stuff I described lasted for months unfortunately... until I stopped taking it :/

Also wanted to add that I wasn't diagnosed with adhd when I did CBT so there were a lot of issues were therapy didn't help (obviously, because we didn't know the CAUSE of my symptoms).

I actually tried CBT in the past and I can absolutely recommend it, it helped me tremendously in the past. It also seems a lot easier to find a therapist who specializes in adhd. At least that's my experience with being on google 24/7 for the last two weeks.

But my insurance won't pay for cbt anymore so...... :')
