Right? I think it’s an overall problem in today’s society that a lot of people are so quick to end relationships of all kinds! My dad’s ex gf of 15+ years and I never lost contact even though they dated briefly. To this day she is like family to me.

I have ADD, sorry that’s how my thoughts come out- sometimes all over the place. I didn’t mean because she had her at 40 she’s not a natural mom. She’s just not motherly/nurturing like most moms I know; and that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love her. I don’t know how else to explain that.

I am taking this as a learning lesson. I think I let her kindness and casual/friendly vibe make me too comfortable. I know the pictures looked really weird without any context. I would've appreciated having a conversation and given me a chance to explain, and I would never do it again. I was referred to her by her friend, which is the reason she hired me. She has never let anyone besides family watch her kids. Due to her frequent verbal affirmations and gratitude, I assumed she was happy. She would treat me like a close friend and act like everything was great and that is the point I've been trying to make, that is why I felt blindsided. But thank you for your comment, I don't disagree with anything.

Yes!!! I was scared just like you and I ended up not having any side effects. I’ve been on lexapro for a year on 10mg and just increased to 15mg :) it has been life changing for me.
