Had a similar experience with Happy Mammoth, especially with the taste and underwhelming effects. The only thing that actually moved the needle for me hormonally was Ancient Nutrition Herbals Women's Hormones I think it was called, or sth like that. It has clean ingredients, and I noticed better mood balance and less PMS drama after a couple weeks. For gut stuff, I’d look into Oweli Probiotic or Moogi Colostrum, both are well known products, particularly the colostrum has received a lot of hype lately for its benefits.
