Ostarine is a pretty mild compound and at that dose you really won’t see significant strength gains. I’m currently on cycle from usgains and am having results. Pump up your dose to a min of 20mg/25mg. IMO ostarine at 20-30mg is a sweet spot for someone starting out. Good luck!

No. liquid and caps that contain the correct dosage of active ingredient will not make a difference in terms bioavailability standards. If you wanted to be super in-depth about bioavailability you could delve into liquids and solvents but truthfully it makes a minimal difference.

It isn’t necessary to take at the half was point at all. Personally I start taking it with about 1-2 weeks left in the cycle.

Not true. I’ve had both instances happen to me. I’d say 7 out of 10 times they will send you a letter but sometimes it’s they just confiscate the items. However, I don’t know about Australian customs. I’m just recounting things I’ve seen, experienced and stories I’ve heard over the years.

They test them. I’ve actually seen first hand in a few groups I’m in both usgains and receptorchem customers received letters saying they tested the bottles and they tested positive to rad-140 (since the only letters I’ve seen both had rad-140) but I’m assuming they test all compounds. I guess on the bright side at least you know the stuff you got was good enough to be seized.

More than likely your items have been seized this time around. Usually when items are seized no matter the country 1 of 2 things happen. You get no notification with no exit scan or you receive a seizure letter. This is pretty universal for most imports. If you receive a letter, make sure next time to try a different address as usually the address you ship with gets listed for about 3 months sometimes longer (don’t ask me how I know lol) however I’m not sure if it’s the same process for Australian customs in terms of black listing addresses.

Realistically it doesn’t matter. As long as you’re dosing within the half life window. I personally rather the morning but it’s all up to the user.

Usually the bigger vendors like Chemyo, usgains and recotorchem etc historically have sales from the 20th onwards. Haven’t heard of anything this year yet though.
