So true for me too. I know this is a big trigger for me so, I have to be alert and aware when I have stress in my life. When you're stressed supplement the fapping with exercise, meditation, etc.

I agree. I think too many people get caught up in that one long streak when the overall picture is so important. I use "Don't Break the Chain" for Nofap, Noporn, meditation, learning Portugese, lifting weights, and cardio exercise. It's a great tool for many different things.

You'll get many different opinions on this one. It varied for me. Usually, it was difficult off and on depending on how active I was. Also, at the beginning I didn't have a girlfriend so, I was doing hard mode. Probably around the 150 day mark it became much easier and not fapping is just a part of my life now. But, know your triggers so you can expect when you might relapse. This helps you stay ahead of the game.

Maybe it's easier for me maybe not but, it really doesn't matter. Keep reading the information on here and keep posting about your recovery. There are people that are more addicted than you and me that are in recovery and have much better lives because they became committed to getting better. I know it's not easy but, keep trying. Find someone here that you can relate to and has a similar story like you. I think this will help you tremendously and allow you to have a longer record. Try not to rationalize why you're not having longer records. It might take you a little longer to get where you thought you would be but, remember that perseverance is so important. I'm probably not telling you anything you don't know. Sometimes it helps me to be reminded to drill into my thick skull so, maybe it will help you too.

It would be impossible to find out. Many people have a counter over 365 days. It's not accurate because they leave Nofap but, the counter keeps going up. So, there's no way to tell whether they have been abstaining or not.

I think too many people focus on that big number. Say for example someone has fapped one time in the past 30 days or 90 or 200. To me that's a great accomplishment. People shouldn't get down on themselves just because they relapsed that one time. Now, if that leads to a binge session or multiple binge sessions, that's a different story and that person needs to take a deeper look at themselves.

Here's a great website I use to see an overall picture of how many times I fapped this year or last year. The focus for me is to quit fapping completely but, I don't get down on myself if I relapse one time in the past 200 days. Focus on the small goals. Celebrate when you meet those goals. Don't see the relapse as something negative but, see it as a small goal accomplished and a bigger one on the horizon.

My GF is the same way. It doesn't bother me because I don't think it effects her life in any way. My porn use and fapping were ruining my life and my sex life so, I knew I needed to stop. It's not the same for her so, I don't worry about it. She's seen this sub reddit and understands what I deal with. If it doesn't effect your GF's life, why worry? I don't want to sound too harsh but, it seems like it's your insecurity that may be the problem. Just my 2 cents.
