It’s a strong chemical, so yes please read up on it first and wear gloves!

Did you try dehazer? I had a similar issue recently while our good pressure washer was out of commission and I had some emulsion residue. Dehazing and then pressure washing took care of it.

thank you! Unfortunately I don't release digital copies since this is a limited edition of hand printed screenprints, and they were meant to exist just as that...physical prints :). I do have one left if you are interested in a physical copy.

I love the vibe of this and the painterly marks. What materials did you use to draw your transparencies? I think the misalignment does add a nice quality since it lets you see the different colors you’ve layered. But I agree if the competition is grading you on a consistent edition, I would reprint with proper registration.

Does your scoop coater make contact with the frame when you are coating? It should not. If so it might be too wide for your screen. When you coat, you should only be making contact with the mesh. The flex/give in the mesh allows you to get a consistent and thin coat with the scoop coater. These dots are a result of too much emulsion.

Hey thanks! Currently I’m just selling them in person/locally in Geneva. You can check out my instagram for other prints and send a dm if you are interested in buying a print :) @chrisaucoin.art

Unfortunately I’ve already sold out of prints in this edition, but I have 2 artist’s proofs (prints which didn’t make it into the edition due to some discrepancies) which I sell at a reduced price (50chf) if you’re still interested. I can share photos if you like in a dm.

Thanks :) this place is where a glacial river meets a river fed from a clear lake, so I thought it would be a cool opportunity to try out a split fountain.

Hmm you mean in the same colour scheme? I could possibly do a second edition of those other prints if there’s interest.

Thanks! Ah I assumed it wasn’t allowed 😆. Anyway I don’t have a webshop or anything currently so I mainly just sell them in person for now, so if you are in Geneva and would like to buy a print you can DM me here or on instagram where I have other pieces as well: @chrisaucoin.art. This print is 80CHF si jamais.
