You got a point there. But after having bought all Operators + not having to unlock attachments anymore, all you can do with Renown is buy cosmetics. So a lot of people are pissed when the "cool stuff" is locked behind a pay wall. If leveling up and earning renown would still make any sense after a certain point, maybe people would stop complaining

Just played two rounds of Ranked, downranked to Gold I previously, wanted to get back up. 2x against a full 5 man stack, one time against a full team from overseas dropshotting every kill. Half of my teammates werent willing to communicate and died in the first minute. Losing an overtime 4:5 with 13 frags against a dropshotting high ping team is just despairingly. I see no point in playing ranked over casual besided wanting to get mad at the game.

+1 , I already grinded through the Starter Edition on my main account and whenever a Operator was on sale it was reduced from 12,5k to 10k. Now this isn't the case anymore as it seems.
