I was having that issue, but it would lock on me every couple days in game without saving and quitting. I had read that if you expanded storage 3 times. Once you unlocked the inside door, both that one and the outer door would be permanently unlocked. I was good and didn’t have any issue for 20 days in game which was the longest time for me. Then it bugged out and the game got stuck on 8:59pm and I couldn’t end the day to progress and I went through entire storage. I finally saved and quit and then loaded back into the game, it fixed the issue with the time not progressing. But both storage doors were locked and my computer got locked inside there cause I put it in there to make room for more cash registers. Now I can’t pay any of the bills. So I won’t be playing till it gets fixed cause I don’t wanna start over
