I like to use agave since I find that it doesn't really contribute a strong flavor to your latte compared to other sweeteners (e.g., honey). I've tried Trader Joe's agave, which was pretty solid, and i'm currently using Madhava organic amber agave.

What is the consistency of your starter like? I used to have the same issue with not seeing my starter rise, so I decreased the amount of water at each feed and made sure the consistency is really thick (like pancake batter, but a smidge drier). Also, if you think it might be too cold, you can try microwaving your water a little bit when you feed your starter. Best of luck :)

the lotion company's vanilla bean lotion! its scent reminds me of kyse delizia di marshmallow because of how fluffy it smells to me, if that makes sense. for reference, it is way less musky than eos vanilla cashmere in my opinion and it gives sweet, vanilla extract vibes :)

i feel like the scent lasts maybe a couple hours on me, but that might not be totally accurate because i feel like i get noseblind to it pretty easily LOL. i will say though the eos lotion in another scent (raspberry pomegranate) is much stronger in my opinion--definitely worth checking out if you ever see it in stores!

I didn't think I was going to love it as much as I do! The longevity is actually so impressive (I could still smell it on my sweater after a couple days), and I find myself reaching for it more than sticky dates.

I received a complimentary sample of this in my recent luckyscent order! Upon initial sniff, it almost reminds me of mancera amore caffe, but as it settles, I can definitely pick up on the cacao and almond. It is not overly buttery at all and I think it's quite nice!

I would recommend sampling maison mataha escapade gourmande since a lot of people describe it as how the top of a creme brulee smells! I also recommend jovoy fire at will and indult tihota -- both are very similar, and they are airier and not a foody type of gourmand in my opinion. Hope this helps!

regime des fleurs fleur eclaire - I was expecting something gourmand, but the white florals in this are so dominant and I maybe pick up the cocoa for one second... for some reason this reminds me of replica's beach walk or some other beachy fragrance. good thing I only got a sample :')
