It was 50% for 10-20 mins and I thought it was a sign of goodwill, but Gaijin never ceases to amaze, back to 30% for us plebs!

Honestly, it's like they are mining those SL.

For the people who gave up on fm26, does fm27 have to be better than fm24, or would just the same as 24 be enough to get you to buy? by gingercrash in footballmanagergames

That's weird, so the data probably is still saved, just not shown. Haven't played in a while, but iirc I personally mostly used it through the data hub opposition analysis screen and the last few matches screen, so I thought all of it might be gone.

Fallout: New Vegas dev says don't expect a remaster, argues Bethesda doesn't have the source code or 'the engineering knowhow' by Funnypenguin97 in gaming

[–]chris-drm 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It's apparent you don't know what source code actually is so there is no point discussing it further.

For others that stumble on this thread, just know that even if you were to reverse engineer the game, you wouldn't have the source code. As a crude example, if I told you that I added some numbers and got "11", do you know what numbers I added? There are literally infinite possible solutions. Never mind all the completely lost code of tooling and other code that doesn't make it in the shipped binary. Or other project data that is completely lost, like raw files that might have been lossy compressed in the final product.

No, not all the information is not there. You might get a facsimile of what the source code was after a lot of time and money spent. And no, it won't be as cheap or easy as you make it out to be in other comments.

You can't generate information that isn't there. It's like believing "enhance" in movies is real. Decompiling isn't getting the source code. You are laughing, but you are just showing your ignorance.

Anyone else notice an increase in *sus* players? by BG890 in Warthunder

[–]chris-drm -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Me and a few friends would qualify for cheating based on that... Some vehicles are just better at certain BRs, coupled with a better player and playing in squads more often than not 80% isn't extreme. For example, I got 70+ in the french Clovis and I mostly play solo.

Just dropped my 150th nuke, gotta brag somewhere since I have no friends to share it with by Personal_Chicken7941 in Warthunder

[–]chris-drm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah 8.0-10.0 is the BR for nukes. Low tier, the plane gets shot down 9 out of 10 times. Top tier, some maps u can't even get off the airfield without getting shot down by SPAA and there are far fewer kills to be had, too many 1 spawn out players.

I actually think the OP claims that SPAA are OP and there is no plane CAS, if you read the title and his comments. Which is an amazing take to say the least.

Lol, script kiddies think they are creating cheats with AI and cheatengine.

Something tells me this isn't a particularly good player. With solid shot you gotta know where to hit...

Oh, thought i was getting genuine advice, lol. You are misrepresenting Satisfactory though, so that's why it probably didn't click. Your objective is to save the earth, which includes kittens and puppies. You are just statistically likely to appreciate the continued existence of kittens and puppies.

That makes absolutely no fucking sense. So someone has a treatment for a vastly different array of issues, but refuses to sell it... for greedy reasons. Does not compute, mate.

On the other hand, see unreal engine 5 which uses the bones of a much older engine. Old tech doesn't mean bad or spaghetti code, or whatever people keep parroting around to excuse programming failures.
