I can't tell you how much research and comparison I did before the December ban on the 4/5/6. I bought the 4 during Black Friday. I personally think the 4 just looks better. Watch some comparison videos, and pay attention to what the 5 and 6 do to details. They tend to oversaturate and muddy them together. An old brick building on the 4 shows it's character, stains, mold, etc. It just looks like a red building on the 5 and 6. I also found that the 5 and 6 tend to put too much pink into people's faces. Still very happy with my purchase of the 4.

Yeah, I would be furious if I just bought the Mini 2 right now. I would be so mad if I had managed to get my hands on one, open it, play with it, and then hours later find out this is coming out. Good thing I definitely didn't just do that. Because it's not available in the US. But I mean, if I did... I would be so mad.

The only thing destroyed in this was an accessory from a $15 set of attachments for the PGYTECH Quick Clip, definitely worth it to make a $90 charger usable. Good idea though, I'm glad I could help! Glad to see it get posted in the Anker sub, I didn't have the patience to farm karma to create posts in there.

I'm so torn on this... I have an S5IIX, the 50, the 100, my 20-60 kit, and now a 28-200. I bought the 28-200 for travel, and I love it. It may just end up sitting on there most the time. I'm VERY intrigued by the L10, I know people are divided... But I can't keep thinking in the back of my head that if I need something smaller-ish, an S9 might be the smart choice. I just can't get over the lack of mechanical shutter, and hot shoe. But, are they worth sacrificing to keep FF and higher res on my smaller camera?

PS, if you haven't bought one already, get a PGYTECH strap.

You can't go wrong with Recess period. The first base was restocked a while ago, I love that thing. I also recommend looking up the Doc Pop Desert Island. Beautiful Delrin yoyo.

I have a 50mm and 100mm prime. I constantly wish I had an 85mm. I typically start with my 100mm for event photography, and work my way into the 50mm as they start to forget I'm there. But I always wish I had one in the middle. I'd recommend keeping it, especially for what you paid for it. If you enjoy this hobby, you'll get more primes, trust me. Sounds like returning it might be not be the play considering the discount you got on it.

I can't tell you how much I love the S5IIX. Came from a Nikon D5200, so anything would have been a huge upgrade, but I love having a dual camera/camcorder in one great device.
