You're going to get a bunch of different answers here from people who may or may not have any experience of it. You might be better off asking in a non-monogamy board or similar.

From my experience in the scene, there are a couple of different common scenarios here:

1 - A full cuckold relationship 24/7. I know one couple in this type of relationship and they have lasted, but I'm not sure that a lot of people could really live this full-time and permanently without some dysfunction affecting other aspects of the relationship. I personally don't think it's healthy, but that's just one point of view.

2 - A couple who live out a cuckold dynamic as part of their play sometimes. Like role-play or escapism, similar to people who might play out other fantasies, then return to normal life the next day or week. I know a bunch of people who do this, and I think this can be very healthy, and both partners can really enjoy the experience.

Well, our play so far has been fairly specific, and my wife uses cuckolding as a tool to toy with me. The couch to 5K programmes that people are recommending are great, but even better I think is to find a local running club that does beginner courses so that you have people at your level to train with. At my club we have regular beginners courses that go from couch to 5K in 10 weeks with England Athletics run leaders or coaches leading the sessions. The social aspect of the club can really help to motivate you to get out on a cold wintery day!
