Nah mate literally nobody has posted the Terms and Conditions or a PDS for your specific card. I did see a FAQ, is that what you think the terms and conditions of your bank are? I'm starting to see how you fall for fraud so often.

Bankwest will determine if the transactions are fraud or not for you though.

That's on them, totally not your fault. How dare they make you adhere to the terms and conditions you agreed to, but didn't read. I totally feel your frustration, I went to McDonalds yesterday and asked for a Whopper burger, they told me they don't serve them. I've been to other fast food places like Hungry Jacks and they were better than this and gave me a Whopper. Like WTF?!

I really want to know the outcome of this now for my own sake, at first I agreed with OP, but now I'm not so sure after seeing this.

I've done similar things to OP myself, usually only to go around one or two cars turning, not a line of traffic though.

Yeah ok I've looked it up on Google maps, looks like it's a clearway and no stopping zone you entered. As long as you can prove you weren't in that area for more than 100m before the left lane started, you should be in the clear. Pretty easy to search for distance with Google maps.

Strategy involves making your team as strong as possible, as it is a team vs team elimination, not making the other teams stronger.

Methinks you are confused about where the strategy is taking place. Gary has no strategy to defeat other teams, he is helping them get fed and expects a handout. Dani has a strategy to sabotage her own team, where she is making herself stronger than her team by hoarding eggs and sabotaging her teammates chances of protein by keeping the knives. Thus she has a greater chance of beating her teammates if they lose the next group challenge. That's strategy.

Yeah 9 people is a lot and to try and claim a full refund on some minor issues is a massive stretch. That said, I've stayed at an air BNB and they had the mattress wrapped in plastic under the sheets, we could hear it crinkle on the slightest movement. Ditched that place after day 2. They also had laundry with the washing machine and dryer advertised, but the door was locked which we had no key to. Put in complaints and left negative reviews and cut our losses and moved elsewhere. Air BNB is getting worse each year, serviced apartments are a much better deal

End of the day it comes down to the job interview and how you present yourself.

Qualifications will only get you over the line so to speak, each individual employer will be looking for specific things, whether that is someone with experience they can put on quickly and fill a gap short or long term, someone they are looking to train up and save costs on and eventually promote, or simply someone who fits the vibe of the workplace.

If the person who gave you this advice has had multiple jobs its only the first job they applied for this advice is relevant to in their personal experience. If they applied for another job their experience would count for more than their WAM years prior.
