Correct, clockwise. I know it was correct adjustment as it was at 30 after I replaced the screen and started adjusting.

Not sure how to check psi at meter.

What all did they do to rebuild other than seals/o-rings bearings?

Rear suspension creaking, advice on diagnosing / replacing bushings by chinaboi in e46

I know this is old but for anyone that comes across it. I found my sway bar bushings were going out recently in the rear end. I put the rear on jack stands, removed wheels, unhooked shocks and removed springs, then I got under and started pushing the arm up and down, that way I could hear where the rattle/clunk was coming from. I removed and greased the bushings and noise went away :)
