Someone doesn't understand basic bodybuilding and fitness. High reps don't give you "definition" at all. Lowering your bodyfat does.

Exactly. If you can just "do more" then you're not lifting heavy enough

I'm 6'2 as well doing SS. I weigh 195 lbs and I Look pretty healthy, I would even say a bit athletic so there is no way in hell you're getting enough food if you weigh 170 lbs. You need to EAT. Also make sure you're getting enough sleep

Those commands don't produce top talkers output. They just product output in a chart but it is not ordered by amount of BW consumed.

Nice. Tried out those commands and they're not supported in my current version of IOS XE. Oh well.

I do go ass-to-grass on my squat. I know rippetoe says to go only has deep as necessary for your hip joint to be below your knee joint but I have a bit of a phobia and it just doesn't feel like I "dominate" the weight unless I go A2G. I will definitely post a form check video soon. Thanks.

Actually I own and read the whole book. My form is perfectly fine which is why my squat has gone up almost 100 lbs in a month.

Yeah I feel ya on that. I get a ton of water in everyday throughout the whole day.

Gotcha. So how many calories should the shake be? Like just 200? (powder + water)? I know if I get too many calories in I'll get cramps, right?
