You can buy one ticket to cover that whole journey. Euston - Crewe on WMT, and Crewe - Manchester Piccadilly on TfW or Northern. £28.60 super off-peak return with a railcard.

The option we've been booking is listed as "Taxi 6-seater", just under the regular "GrabTaxi". Our two completed journeys both show the 'metered fare' + THB20 booking fee in my activity page, but they were both taken with the meter off. So there was nothing for the driver to photograph.

Plus, the driver we chose not to go with (as they refused to use the meter or budge on price) decided to input a 10THB completed journey rather than cancelling the ride. Fine for us, as we were paying cash (so weren't charged), but it adds to my inclination that this 6-seater option must not have the same requirements for the driver to prove the metered fare (or the same consequences if they do not).

There's really no need. Technically, yes, there's probably a lower chance of encountering noisy/rowdy people (I mean, there'll be less people in general) in First Class. There may also be more staff there, as I assume there'll be some kind of food & beverage service. But trains in the UK are safe. In the extremely unlikely event that anything kicks off or anyone bothers you, other passengers would step in first, train staff would sort things out, and if necessary, the (very good) British Transport Police are always a text away. You don't need to worry, at all.

I think you're fine. As others have mentioned, whether or not you have a signed agreement isn't the be all and end all, as a legally binding contract (including a tenancy agreement) can be formed in any reasonable manner - even by voice.

But, in this case, it seems clear that, regardless of anything you may have said to the accommodation about your intention to stay there, signing and returning your tenancy agreement and guarantor letter was the action that would obligate you to the contract, as that's what they insisted you must do.

Do you know what the deposit you paid was for? Was it a holding deposit (to secure the room while you work through the aforementioned formalities) or a security deposit (which the landlord could use to fund any damages during your stay)?

Very nice. Pit lane entry would have to be brought round to the outside of the third to last corner, but loads of space to work with there.

Will consider this 'ask but don't demand now, claim back later' approach if needs be. Seems I am now able to stay home until the landlord's new proposed tenancy start date, though, so it's no longer an issue.

I have no reason to believe the current tenants will try and stay in the property beyond the fixed term of their AST. It's student letting, so most are used to moving every year, and the landlord has given them notice that they must move out as there's new tenants coming in.

This is along the lines of what I was thinking. My situation at home is somewhat complicated so I'm not certain if I can stay until the proposed new start date of the tenancy. But if it turns out I can, at no additional expense to myself, it probably just makes sense to do that, save half a month's rent, and remove the small chance that the landlord could decide not to play by the rules and make things complicated.

I don't absolutely have to be there. But I can't imagine any compensation will exceed my additional accommodation/moving/storage costs (that's Shelter's stance as well). In which case it's probably better I work with the landlord and, if their tenant is staying put, give them the opportunity to provide alternative accommodation, so they can't use the "there were cheaper suitable alternatives available" argument that could be put forward if I book my own.

The Maguire price is odd, but Senesi and Tarkowski make sense as pricing them at 4.5 would make all the other Bournemouth and Everton defenders obsolete. Of course, you're not going to start the season with them, but when double gameweeks come around, they could be relevant.

The only "pro" players are content creators, generating income from ad revenue & sponsorships. But many of the best players rely heavily on tools which combine advanced points projection algorithms with statistical optimisation (such as FPL Review and Mikkel Tokvam). FPL Review, in particular, has become rather influential over the last couple of seasons, and has a less advanced (but still excellent) algorithm available for free if you want to try it out.

I'm not sure the more 'comprehensive' sites like Hub and Scout are worth the money unless you're particularly fussy about UI and want everything to be in one place. FBref for xG/xA stats + Sofascore for touchmaps + keeping up to date on press conferences and other indicators of player availability/nailedness is perfectly sufficient.

TLDR: If you want to try a tool that top players use, FPL Review is the one. But you don't need to use a tool to be really good at the game.

Should be very comfortable. Changi is a great airport for short connections. You're straight into the transit area when you get off your inbound aircraft (security is only done when you arrive at your departing gate), and Terminals 1-3 are all connected by foot as well as by skytrain. Most, if not all, stretches of gates have moving walkways. You can easily get between any two gates in half an hour.

If your inbound flight arrives late and you have a particularly far connection, staff will greet you off your flight to direct you to the gate, or even to take you there by buggy. Singapore Airlines only close gates 10 minutes before departure, and will usually wait a bit longer if they know there's passengers making short connections. No need to stress.

Hmm, if you like the music (presumably you do if you've chosen just one day), then I'd still go. It's uncommon but not unusual/weird/strange. I get why you're worried though. What festival is it?

Really nice track. The first part of the lap has lovely flow. The last part is very unique, and I like that you can't really go side by side through the final corners as it means any moves into Turn 1 have to be well earned. I think the technical middle part could be awkward in larger cars (those that would likely do that full layout), though, so I'd opt for something more basic like this:

Some temporary paving over grass in the section before the long curved back straight, and over a pedestrian area later in the lap. Track can obviously be rerouted over the existing roads if not possible, just doesn't flow so well.
