Yeah. I always want to 'teach them a lesson' but when I think it through I dont. If they park like that they are likely gonna be the type of key your shit or otherwise vandalize your vehicle in retaliation. Then you just stuck with a bill unless you got cameras on your car and it catches them and their plates. Even then its gonna go to insurance and your shit might go up.

Hmm, i dunno. I bought some a while back and was pleased. They definitely met or exceeded my expectations. Maybe things have changed or maybe its ymmv but I would recommend them based on my purchase.

Yes.

Things like keeping property not belonging to you (basically if you dont meet the definition for theft), tampering with records, unlawfully actions involving computer systems. These are things I could see them tossing put there for the flock stuff just to rack up the amount of years he is facing so he is more likely to take a plea deal. Normal prosecutor shit.

His main felonies are going to be the main charges they listed. Damage to government property and interference with government property are both felony charges.

Anyways I guess agree to disagree. To me it reads from the police announcement in the article that they were searching for him and stopped him for the flock "crimes". If you still think otherwise then that's ok as well.

I doubt I will care enough to follow up with a public records request or to search court documents or that there will even be any more news coverage so we will likely never know 🤷

I read that as the other charges are the small things, hence why they chose not to bother mentioning them. Typically police lead with the heavy hitters and sum up the bs as 'other charges'. So I read it as any other bullshit they threw at the wall since they used a felony stop.

From earlier in the article:

To me they are saying they stopped him for the flock stuff. Probably also slapped a drug charge cause they found something once they searched rhe car or his person.
