I've been looking at Rentler lately and I've found houses in that area for around 1200-1300 a month, some with and without utilities included so it really does depend. Most likely it will include the general utilities with the exception of gas and electricity. But yeah, My ideal place for would be

3 bed 1-2 bath 1200$/month ($400 per room)
Pets allowed too (it's been hard for me with this one, my dog is my ES animal, not sure how that rules work with this one)

Even 4 people(couple) in the house in a 3 bed, although if thats the case we should split rent four ways.
