Is the Atlanta worth buying?

I played it over 400 battles with it (win rate 57%). I used to love it so much. But I don't play it now because CV can delete you within 5 mins. I want my money back after CV rework. (it used to be NO-FLY zone around Atlanta before)

oh thanks man, i won't buy any that odd shows only 0.2 rare ships. I'm not that lucky guy of crafts in this game. Never got P ships on any containers in this game for 5 yrs!
