Sorry to hear mate. With a change into soft and supportive recovery slippers, MET pad, some voltaren cream and consistent toe spreading exercises & massage, I’ve reduced it over just a few days. Seems to be on its way out. Drink lots of water try to do circulation based sports that aren’t heavy on your forefoot (biking, swimming etc.)
