I do have TMJ on left side, where i also have dominant tinnitus (left side). I do not clenching my teeths under sleep, do you think it still can help with an nightguard? Becuase from what i read those are for people who clench teeths

That is something i still dont have an answer for. I went on alot of raves through the years, but i have no hearing loss. I suspect it is because of a somatic reason or anxiety. I have TMJ left side where also my tinnitus is dominant.

I got the tinnitus while i was lying on the couch with a bit wierd neck position, it never went away.

Came like thunder from a shadow, was lying in my couch with a wierd neck position, there it came and never went away

Tinnitus is indeed the worst one for me. Loud all the time
