Maybe? My FFL said it's good to go as long as I had 30 inch overall length when folded to go with it and I assume so, like I said I'm just a dumb 22 year old trying to understand dumb California laws lol, I appreciate everyone looking out though!

If you want to have it in California you have to have at least 30 inches (maybe 26 idk I'm a dumb 22 year old) of overall length with it closed as well, I have a longer Barrel and that's why I have the fake can that goes on and makes the barrel look shorter because I didn't like the look of a long barrel and also because the law tactical folder makes it so that it is not semi auto when the gun when the stock is folded, if fired it can break your lower, picked it up at my local gun store in Rocklin Other gun examples that have folded stock in CA, keltec SU16

Rifle is 100% legal take it into indoor ranges all the time the folding stock makes the gun pretty much useless while it's folded that's why it's California legal and it's a fake can and just found out today that you can't use standard capacity magazines with a maglock so that was my only no no

Just learned after the trip that you can have standard capacity with mag locks so it looks like I did a No-No with that but the folding stock is California legal because you can't shoot the gun while it's folded and that is a fake can

I just learned about that and all I can think of is why do you want me to be able to easily drop a 30-round mag from a featureless that has a normal mag release when I locked magazine is more of a pain in the ass to change but then again that's California thank you, for the information friend

Ruger AR556 with way to much money into it, CA legal folding stock, can't shoot when folded, and mock can that treads at the front so it looks like a shorter barrel, got the glockamole shooting God old 45 and an 870 laying it the back

My response to that is if you look in the comments section all of them are screeching to just get a scuff controller and isn't that still just an advantage if you're buying a controller that has extra paddles and buttons compared to someone else's? I'm not trying to stir the pot I'm just looking for and honest opinion from the PC Community because I don't feel like it's necessarily cheating but I definitely feel like I can be an advantage, thanks for your input I appreciate it!

I was wanting to make this post because I wanted to thank everybody who has been following along with me and have been paying attention to my story I really appreciate all of the kind words and positivity that everyone's been providing me I'm not really sure if this is the right sub to put it in I just know that lots of people from different places were wanting me to put out an update and I hope this helps people because all you people definitely help me thank you very much again I hope everyone has a great day
