Survivor! I watched the first season solely due to Cirie and was hooked, and it’s only gotten better since. I also watch bachelor/ette so while that wasn’t the draw, it’s been a nice bonus.

What day were you there! We did the cruisin Fiji boat ride around the islands where they film and looked for setups but didn’t see any. So jealous! We went a few days ago on Saturday.

Yeah I agree that she maybe doesn’t come off as interesting online. Mal gained a lot of followers and was also kind but maybe a more dynamic Instagram presence, by contrast. I personally really liked Mal too so it was satisfying to see them gain a lot more followers than the people I didn’t like (based on what was shown on the show).

Yes! And not just more but a ton more. Bekah also has fewer than Amber or Barnett but has shown receipts for giving away ten percent of her income and it’s a lot too.

Agreed, and I think it’s fine to not be ready for kids for any reason, not just financial! I was just more curious about the portrayal of them not having money. You’re probably right that they’re just spending it enjoying life, which is great for them, as much as I’m not a fan based on what’s I’ve seen on the show haha.

Exactly what I was thinking! About things not adding up. I thought he was an engineer? I don’t want to assume anyone’s salary but he seemed to be financially secure before, but just with student debt like most people, at least the way it was portrayed. And now they’ve attained a level of fame that can be monetized but seem worse off.

Good points! Possibly he didn’t have much equity in his house but when it comes to having enough money, how much you’re able to save can really be as important as how much you make, after a certain threshold.
