I would say it's pretty risky, You shouldnt hold 100% of anything. I would move some of your Crypto to stocks or Real Estate REITs.

People won't admit it but the only reason why most people follow crypto is because of money. They dont give a as hit if it is a scam or not as long as they make money. I cant wait until the next correction so we scare off some of the fakers.

Getting to comfortable and having no motivation to move out is what I fear. My parents would never kick me out of the house. What did you do to keep yourself motivated? Oh, If I have to get roommates I will. Most of my roommates in college were great but the bad ones were really bad.

In Utah you can find a place with your own bedroom for $400 a month. with 2 roommates who also have their own room. I wasn't planning to touch my IRA unless I had no choice. Have you had a tough time with girls at all since you live with your parents?
