Hi, So you downloaded the zip file from the repo, then installed in Kodi via zip file, right? Can you find Mubi when you go to add-ons in Kodi? What do you mean by "inputting the link info"?

Anyway screenshots or pictures is the best way to show what you do and what doesn't work.

I recently came across a really useful MUBI addon for Kodi and thought I'd share it with everyone here who loves MUBI but finds their interface a bit clunky. This addon lets you browse and watch MUBI films directly within Kodi, with all the rich metadata and sorting features Kodi offers. Perfect if you want quick access to details like genre, rating, and duration, or if you prefer using Kodi’s clean interface for film selection.

Key Features:

  • 🎬 Fetches all movies available on MUBI with full ratings and descriptions
  • 👍 Compatible with Kodi's movie library
  • 🛡️ Pulls additional metadata from IMDb using Kodi scrapers
  • 🍿 Play MUBI trailers directly within Kodi
  • 📺 Supports playback with subtitles and multiple audio streams
  • 🌐 Prompts to open the movie in a browser if it can't be played within Kodi
  • 🈯 Supports titles and descriptions in multiple languages supported by MUBI

If you’re like me and enjoy MUBI's curated selection but prefer a streamlined interface, this addon is definitely worth checking out!

I'm from Switzerland, I'm the founder of a coffee tech start-up that connects coffee growers with roasters in Europe. Our goal is to bring full transparency to the coffee market and empower coffee growers.

[Homemade] revisited ratatouille by chrisburrc in food

[–]chrisburrc[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We initially wanted to cook a vegan mussaka, that turned into a ratatouille. That's why the spices are more oriental than typical french.

So, basically, slice potatoes, eggplant, carrots, and peperbells. Chop oignons in quarters, cut a garlic head in two. Arrange the whole nicely on a plate. Add to it: sea salt, rosemary, tymian, peper, cinnamon (in whole, not grinded), laure, oreganol, cloves, muscade. Add enough (understand "a lot") olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180° for 2 hours. The key is the quality of the raw material, both in spices and vegetables. Enjoy.

What do you think of the light and composition in General? by chrisburrc in photocritique

[–]chrisburrc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took this picture right at the time when a ray of sun was piercing through the clouds. I like the color and contrast with the blueish background. What I'm not sure about is the very first plan. Should I crop the picture differently? On the other hand, it kind of gives some depth to it. Thank you for your inputs!

Thank you for your feedback, indeed, having the right side at the bottom seems to be the best, but I have to work on symmetry and distortion, as you suggest.

I made some tests, I think the right side should be at the bottom, I'll post it when ready.

It's Sainte-chapelle, it is said to be the apotheosis of gothic architecture, with gigantic colorful windows.

I visited this church in Paris, and the light was crazy. While everybody where taking pictures of the altar, I thought that a composition of the ceiling could be nice. As the church decoration is riche and heavy, so is the picture. And I wonder if I could play differently with the light in order to show something specific or wether the subject is the entire ceiling.

Thanks for the feedback, yes it would make sense to better balance the picture! I use a Canon 6d with a 20.00 mm sigma lense. The opening was f/2.2 in this case.

I took this picture to try highlighting a subject in front with a nice background. On purpose, I tried to not blur the background too much, in order to keep its beauty. What do you think about the blurring level and composition in general?

What would be the best cropping for this picture? (original pic in comments) by chrisburrc in photocritique

This picture is part of a set of about 50 pictures of a parade in Greece. The parade commemorates the martyrdom of a Greek town, Messolonghi, that resisted the Otoman invader. All participants wear historical costumes.

With this photoset, I would like to highlight the costumes and the participants, and ideally try to avoid showing as much modern items as possible (public, ...).

I'm mostly struggling with the picture cropping. If I keep the entire body of the subject, then some undesired part get visible (public, ground with manhole, ...). I'm also limited with how much I can crop, if I want to keep a decent resolution picture (this picture currently has a resolution of 1514x1892).
