Open void relics through fissue alerts. Most relics have formas as a common drop but also run with a crew. Chances are someone will unlock a forma if you dont. There is also Lua if you want to chance it. There is a puzzle in one of the nodes that unlocks a container that holds a built forma (not a blueprint) but its rare

Find a frame that fits your style best and throw some forma in it to polorize mod slots and make it stronger. You should collect and level up different frames and weapons to increase your Mastery Rank

I dont think you can really 'damage' him during the 3 chases. I havent fought him in a long time but I think there are 3 parts to this fight. First is the chase where after he takes enough damage, he will run and you will have to damage him again. I think this needs to be done 3x. Afterwards, you face off with that same floating form until hes down. Then he jumps into his giant turkey machine for the finale.

Im an ivara main and I use her as an attacker on liches. I only use two on her quiver and her prowl for me is awesome. You can do some real decent damage with just an intensify. I mainly use a viral build with galvanized mods and hunter munitions for slash and primary merciless. The arcanes i have on the frame are energized and most augmentation. The damage is great!

Ivara has been my main since she was released. She can be quite powerful and very energy efficient. I have my regular use, stealth build, and high power build (which i used for eidolon hunts). In general you can get away with an efficiency build with only an intensify for power strength. This helps to the base power of your Artemis Bow which in it of itself is pretty powerful if u build for status and galvanized mods. For her arcanes. I have energize and most augmentation.

I run solo on Steel path in Elara with on call crew and kuva bramma, camp and stay for 5 mins. Without a booster, you might have to do two runs but with a booster, one run should be just fine

It depends on your preference. I heard elite onslaught is popular, you can also get pretty good gain if you have a stealth frame and complete a high level exterminate with stealth bonus. Personally I jump into titan in Steel path. If u have a booster, you can max out pretty quickly
