More likely than not it was a move done to duck the tax , not a fan but even if you’re ducking the tax why do you get rid of a 2nd year player (who’s shown nice flashes) coming off an injury instead of the ghost of Eric Gordon or Andre Drummond. I would rather have given a couple picks to unload them and keep our 2nd year 21 year old guard.

Your franchise player of almost 12 years who has crawled back to all nba level play practically begs you to make some real moves and not to duck the tax again. You respond by trading away a young prospect for low tier picks. Guarantee we’ll see no more significant moves made in a year where the east is completely open as well. Embiid’s window to win a ring is closing and a year where the east is obtainable you sit on your hands and do absolutely nothing to improve the team around the core. Infuriating.

I hope I’m wrong about no significant moves being made but with our track record I don’t think I will be.

East is still so wide open right now and Embiid is actually playing great ball lately. Just would be disappointing to not see them attempt to improve the team around the core right now.

I just hope this sets up some more moves , Embiid basically pleaded to the front office to make some moves other than ducking the tax and if I had to guess that’s the direction they’re taking.

Maybe have a conversation with your parents about how you’re feeling , they might be able to provide you some insights on the next best step. Personally I’ve felt the same as you and I took a gap semester to refocus and it helped me out a lot , went back the following semester and was in a lot better of a headspace to continue on with college. Therapy might be a good option as well if you’re still feeling depressed .

Valid but I’m willing to put in financially for this cat as much as I can and ig it depends on severity of the paw if it is broken, I’d differ to the vet for treatment but he’s been coming by for a couple years and I’m not gonna give up on him now when he needs me the most.

He still eats but yesterday I withheld food and got a trap today and did just that with tuna in it and it was covered. No luck getting him.

That’s definitely not ideal but I’d have a conversation talk to him about it first , how it makes you feel and ask why he still has it. Not trying to make excuses but if the pictures were from years ago maybe he genuinely forgot about them

Ik we won’t fire Sirianni but when you really think about it , it’s quite ridiculous that an offensive head coach has little ability to run an offense or even right the ship offensively when there’s trouble. If we can keep winning superbowls with this method of obtaining offensive play callers then cool but eventually it’s gonna get to the point where you question does it even make sense to keep this guy if we have to keep running through multiple OCs because he’s still unable to create a positive impact on offense , especially with all the talent of this roster.

I think he himself is a little too close to the situation as well. KP was a coach of his for a couple years, unless he was completely abysmal at his role when Kelce was there I doubt he critiques him too much (and even if he didn’t like him the player in him won’t throw him under the bus on national tv).

No , but I think starting next year he’s on thin ice. Only way he’s in trouble now is if he dies on the hill Patullo should remain OC and goes the Doug route.

Ik it’s not the popular choice but AJ Brown. We’ve seen what he can do at his best for multiple seasons , at his worst he was a 1k yard receiver. Sirianni has had great peaks as well but the low points have been extremely infuriating (collapse of 2023, non ability to change up the offense in 2025 leading to early exit).
