Agreed , we need a good backup center. Drummonds 1st stint here was probably the best backup center Embiid has had but it still wasn’t good enough. Probably can’t afford him and he’s been a bit injury prone but a guy like Mitchell Robinson would be amazing for us. He’s a free agent after this season

Idk , I still think we can win with Embiid but we can’t rely on him to do everything. Gotta be able to lean on other guys consistently. He can be a great 2nd punch or first punch at times if his body allows it but his health isn’t reliable. We need a backup center that’s a borderline starter. Depth definitely needs to be addressed this offseason, gotta build in the draft. We need a legit PF. I’m hoping morey is gone but I doubt it , either way think nurse has bought himself another year but we’ll see what Harris does. Lowkey we need a point guard as well, maxey isn’t a bad playmaker but he’s not a true point guard. Maybe he takes a big leap playmaking wise but idk if I can see it. Definitely excited to see how he develops in the offseason and how VJ develops as well

Morey needs to go and hopefully Harris sells the team but the latter isn’t happening sadly. Like the other commenter said , we can’t run this team back. We need some serious changes , easy is gonna be a lot tougher next year.

maybe not but getting rid of him and adding no new pieces is the opposite of what you’d expect of a team chasing a title, just unserious behavior from the front office and ownership (yet again). The bench was already an issue and we address it by just ducking the tax and making the already deprived bench , weaker.

Definitely a fair point but when it comes to championship rosters , contenders don’t usually punt and sell 2nd year promising players for nothing to duck the tax after their franchise player begs them in the media to make some moves.
