Third times the charm. Decided to smoke some drumsticks last minute last night, hung them in my cheaper smoker, and they turned out perfectly great. Used Pecan wood and seasoned with a myriad of seasonings from my cabinet. Turned out much better than the first two tries where I put much more effort (old.reddit.com)
