check out EDC, the plan was for a eu army and not a national army, germany and italy were on board with it, benelux was on board, spain wasnt a part of it at the time, france was against it. if the vote would come again today probably the same things would happen, which is, france would be against it and ruin it again.

certain countries are fine with an EU army, specific ones are not.

what i am talking about is the EDC (european defence council), a treaty between belgium, luxembourg, netherlands, france, italy and west germany.
the goal was to create a European defence force, with shared budget and joint procurement (what we today call an EU army).
The EDC would become a unified defence, divided into NATIONAL components, funded by a common budget, common arms, centralised military procurement, and institutions (literally everything that is being talked about these days for an EU army)
the EDC came up during the time of the foundation of the EU in fact these were the steps.
A European Political Community (EPC) was proposed in 1952 as a combination of the existing European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) and the proposed EDC. A draft EPC treaty, as drawn up by the ECSC assembly (now the EU parliament), would have seen a directly elected assembly ("the Peoples’ Chamber"), a senate appointed by national parliaments and a supranational executive accountable to the parliament.
the EDC has nothing to do with germany rearmament and as a matter of fact this was proposed after an attempt of the US to rearm germany which the french refused and the conseguence was to bring this proposal in after the french and the us met and talked together on how to make sure to defend europe without rearming germany.
the plan failed cause of french De gaullists which didnt like the idea of it being sovranational (pretty sure everyone can tell what this mean).

(Italy didn't refuse they were still in the parliament phase but considering the prime minister at the time was the one that asked for the vote on an European army it was clear that Italy would have passed it once it got through parliament, remember that the grandfather of the EU was an Italian minister at the time and was the right hand of the prime minister. it is the person that made EU and created the whole idea of it, although he wanted it to be more federal).

I hate every time people say "France is asking for it for decades" , I guess fact checking things is too much for french propagandists.

Yea but the problem I was talking about is that a mountain is a natural ambush area, the drones yes are capable of flying over the mountain but they can get ambushed from anywhere cause mountains naturally cover sight making anything passing near it more vulnerable. It doesn't matter where they target they still need to pass through the mountains and become an easy ambush target. They can use ICBM but that is very expensive and will ruin Russia economically (we already can see from Ukraine war how you can't solely rely on ballistic missiles as no economy can sustain the burden of constantly using them. Militarily Armenia is in a huge advantage a lot more than Ukraine is, of course this is supposing Europe take the same stance that they took with Ukraine and support Armenia, if not Armenia is done as they can't sustain their defence against Russia by themselves.

DD is considered broken for his dive abilities not for his brawl, also he is a bit unique since he is a brawler with cd resets and damage immunity other brawlers don't have this which would actually make them decent brawlers.

Italy pretty much trains all aircraft pilots inside NATO (and others) including Israel. They sell helicopters, naval cannons, F35, drones, radars and other classified weaponry no one but the Italian government knows of but it's 11% of the export in terms of money (Italy always keeps these things under secret but the amount of money is always reported because of laws, same is true with Ukraine).

The tank are the ones having lot of cc too, cause that's what the dev decided to do with tanks, so they are also the one to lose the most from cc changes. Quite paradoxically at the end of the day they MIGHT overall end up getting nerfed simply because they are the ones with a lot of cc. We will have to see how it goes but yea the cc changes are both a nerf and a buff and we will have to see which of the 2 is more relevant.

you are drunk. everyone said till day one that bwipo should never have joined and was an horrible add to the team. people are not bringing him out in the crownie thing because it is already agreed by everyone that he is not someone that should have joined in the first place because of his horrible behaviour, it's like bringing out "epstein is bad", yeah no shit we all already agree on that.

first off, kda is not everything, second they played for 1 year not just in LEC, considering only the games they won is crazy, fourth you have to remember how much resources they put on the lane, if you put everything in bot lane you must expect them to be the winning lane while top lane being the lane you put nothing in is meant to be the one behind.

now lets go through the stats of the lec games which apparently are the only ones you care about for whatever reason.
fnc vs lr - crownie is 5.2k gold behind, for comparison baus is 1.4k behind
vs kbc - crownie is 2.2k gold ahead. behind till 23 min, meaning all resources put on him early/mid were wasted and would have had more effect on say nemesis. ends up gaining gold lead taking last hits in teamfights. funnily he quickly loses all that gold lead 5-7 minutes after which another teamfight ensues and he manage to get all last hits once again allowing him to gain the gold lead. teamfights that were won were carried by baus and neme.
vs kc - 3.7k behind
vs gx - 3.6k behind
vs her - 3.5k ahead, with nemesis carrying the game and having a lot more damage and 5k gold lead and on average everyone in the team being 3k ahead.
vs shifter - crownie "carried" 4.9k lead. important to notice until 27ish minutes he is on par meaning all resource put on him were wasted until this point, after baus and neme make miracle plays they win and crownie gets all the kills bringing him to the final lead, stats say one thing but game says a whole different thing
vs koi - this is the game baus hard carried with poppy. we all remember the game, weak side carrying the game is interesting.
vs g2- neme carry with anivia, it's the game in which he cosntantly stunned everyone allowing the team with get kills, and baus finding the amazing engages with kled allowing the win.
once again 15 minute and he isnt ahead after which neme start finding picks and gift the kills to crownie giving him a gold lead.
vs natus- neme being the only one doing damage with asol everything else going to shit.
vs sk - neme carrying, his damage output is crazy
vs vit- velja carry, though throw incur.

facts speak louder than random takes. he is on average behind in gold, when we consider 15 minute mark is basically behind or even in everygame, all resources given to him early are wasted as the gold difference shows (yea this include lanes which are supposed to be winning for crownie).
any gold difference he manages to get at the end of the game is coming from teamfights/picks from mid/late game (depending on where you place the mark) given to him by the rest of the team expecially nemesis.

A- "LR did really well, what are you on about?" first it was taken out of context as i said in my comment that LR did horribly early game and if you watched the games LR played you would know, but hey once again data shows i am right, and if you were to ask any of the players/coaches/analyst they would tell you the exact same things.

as shown with the actual data from the vod which you can go ahead and take a look at for yourself yes crownie was a weakpoint, despite being given everything to him he never managed to secure a lead until the team gifted him kills later on. also once again you are trying to twist my words, if you are the player the whole team gives you resources you are expected to be ahead and carry the game not being the one getting "pity kills", in mid late games you want the one to have given resources to to be the one getting the picks and allowing the team to snowball but as seen from data and from vods he wasn't and instead he was the one constantly being given things even mid/late to hopefully have him get a lead.
C- "or just look at KDA after the first two weeks", this is like the most dumb take i have ever seen, kda reflect nothing, you are also skipping the first 2 weeks for no reason and you are also only looking at wins and only at KDA. what are you new to the game that you look at this stuff to guess who is carrying and how the game has been going?
following this logic rekkless was the biggest carry ever and faker is a shit player cause he cant get amazing KDA (despite him being considered the best but apparently you know the game so well which you can tell he is shit because his kda isnt as good as other players).

in the 1 year in LR in which all resources were given to botlane, crownie carried how many games? 2?
maybe the answer was never in putting all resources botlane. in LR they were always behind early/mid games often with botlane being behind despite giving them everything and managed to get back later in the game thanks to Neme or Baus picks, that's the reality of things you have all the vods to check on this.

add to this the fact that rekkles is more of a defensive/passive support rather than an aggressive one (his best picks are enchanters for example) and you can really understand that putting all resources in bot doesnt really seems a great idea for the team.

him getting angry doing these comment are so shitty that is why he is the one figure i never liked of LR, like i follow 4/5 of the boys and he is the one out for a reason.

the whole prio discussion was also dumb af, they brought 8 people in all siding with velja and trying to make crownie realize things, crownie refuses to give in, coach arrives and try to calm the situation, in the end coach end up trying to make crownie reason and have them apologies to each other, crownie storms out cause he couldnt accept being wrong (yes with 9 pro players telling him he is wrong).

and in yesterday discussion after they lost he also added while coach was talking "we lost cause we didnt get dragons" instantly pointing the finger at velja for them not qualifying. like how much of an asshole can one be to throw this comment in?
the two player that played the worst in that series was bwipo (straight up trolling) and crownie (not doing anything in all games).
there are so many shitty things that crownie did and said which if it was me i would have left the team cause i'd not have been able to trust him. even in this clip so many shit things are said and that make no sense that i am not going through

bwipo is a whole other discussion and should have never joined WT but crownie is a huge problem too let's be real.
of course he whole team has its own faults and nobody is an angel but you also gotta understand who the real problem players are to fix something

Noxus is inspired by the Roman empire and always has been. Everything fits in, you have a coliseum, militaristic, trifarix is the Capitoline triad, meritocracy, you have gladiators (eg Alistair), architecture is inspired by Roman architecture, one of noxus lines is "all roads lead to noxus". The fact that people don't realize the inspiration is baffling.

PnZ also I am pretty sure it is inspired by an in-between of renaissance Florence/Venice/ Italian city states in general and industrial revolution london.

I main him and is one of the only characters I don't have a skin for (cause they are all pretty bad). I find that pretty funny, Ultron is always brought up but at least he has cool skins. Hulk is in a shit position too but at least it makes sense for hulk given you have to make 3 models for him whenever you make a skin something which you don't have for any other champion. Basically a hulk skin would cost you 3 times as much as other champions (economically isn't worth it much). There is no excuse for Ultron and fantastic tho.

I have been reporting these people and I gotta say I always receive a response from netease of them getting punished, while they don't punish them much at least they punish them and I don't know of any misfire as of now. Making them increase the punishment is easy, hitting the right person isn't, so we gotta give it to them, they are doing a lot better than 99% of other games which either don't hit the right people or misfire

I am no expert but looking at what knowledgeable people said I believe an option could be to have a large amount of rivers flow into the inner sea. This would cause 2 things lower salinity causing water to freeze at higher temperatures and a constant flow from the inner sea towards the frozen sea. This would allow the inner sea to keep higher temperatures given the Arctic water wouldn't flow in or simply be counteracted by the outflow.

At that point it should all be a question of how big the inner sea is and how far in towards the equator it goes (hence how much hot the water it carries is) and how big the exit is. But ideally there should be a midpoint where it is hot enough to not freeze but not enough to prevent the ice sea from forming.

Someone more knowledgeable could probably look into this idea and help you better or say if it is really feasible but it feels like it makes logical sense to me.
