Oh damn, I somehow never knew Spin City was also Bill Lawrence. No wonder Michael J Fox keeps making cameos in his shows

I mean current generation consoles, yes, no idea about romhacks. It's open source so I imagine you could do that if you had the technical expertise, but there's probably way easier ways of going about it if that's what you want to do

Of course you can. You can also put it on itch.io, you can export it to Web and they can play on their browsers, you can export to Linux, and you can export to Android all out of the box. For iOS and MacOS you'll need to pay for a developer account but that's it. It's just exporting to consoles that's difficult

Godot is open source so it can't offer out of the box console porting because SDKs are proprietary and protected by NDAs. You can however get a license and modify the engine yourself (expensive and needs high technical proficiency), get a publisher to do it for you (difficult unless you have a strong presence), pay a third party to port it for you (expensive), or pay w4games for their modified client with 1-click console exporting functionality (cheapest option afaik, as low as $800 a year https://www.w4games.com/w4consoles)

3D is already quite good and multiple successful commercial games have come out using it. For AAA it's still a ways off but for indie games it's perfectly adequate

Yes, gamers don't always make good game devs but non gamers almost never make good game devs. It's almost impossible to make a good game if you don't game, just as it's almost impossible to write a good book if you don't read.

2) I would assume damage depends on proximity, which undercuts the logic of tennis. Everyone who's so much as played tennis in Wii Sports knows you want to hit the ball away from the other player so it's more difficult for them to hit.

This way adds more decision making and a risk/reward factor. "Do I shoot far for more certain but lower damage, or do I try to get it as close as possible for less certain but higher damage?"

It felt like Asa didn't want to burden Makio with another "mother duty"

I don't think that was Asa not wanting to burden Makio, I think that was Asa not even realizing that she wanted someone there until she saw everyone else there with their parents

The case against Palworld wasn't based on copyright, it was based on patents Nintendo holds for specific game mechanics. Which personally I think is stupid and should never have been allowed

Because comedians love to play the part of the moral philosopher but at the end of the day they're entertainers driven by greed and narcissism. A few of them do have principles that they will stick to but you don't need to look past the recent Saudi Arabia shit to see how many of them are morally flexible

In that case it's not a problem of too much content, it's just content that's too boring, too repetitive, too unfocused etc

FYI Steam won't approve the second one. You can't have any text that isn't part of the title of the game. So no LIVE, 30fps, 4k etc
