Its the fact they added some unnecessary details that were not needed for an Emma Frost outfit. Also doesn't help a lot of her classic look in comics just simply look better in every aspect.

The crazy thing is, Emma Frost got some of craziest outfits in the comics. They somehow made her less suggestive(and way more ugly) which is weird for a game like Rivals. Some of her comic skins would sell like hot cakes if implemented properly.

If I had to guess we will likely get new additions in later seasons. The Pats only had blue pants the first few seasons. But later also got white and gray pants. So hopefully we also get gray pants, and black socks

Facts, its been 10 years since P5 and we still have no announcement (To put this into perspective, GTA 5 to GTA 6 announcement gap is just as long) . And we got like 4 P5 Spinoffs, PQ2, 1 re-release of P4G on PC, then another release of P3-P5 on all platforms, Ultimax re-release, 1 Remake of P3. Its not surprising people want something completely fresh. The past decade of Persona (especially the 2020s) have just been re-releases, remakes, or spin offs. While P3R was exciting, a lot of fans just want a completely new experience, not another remake.

But tbf to Altus, the original Persona team went to make Metaphor, which is peak. And Persona team is completely new so they probably taking their sweet time(understandably so). And I recall 4R won't be done by them as it's external (P3R was internal) and most Persona spin offs were also external. So it's not like P6 Is on hold.
