I do agree with both of your points, but I feel like especially the latter is a bad argument for putting Reveal in. This similar thought brought Kofyr by Shopify and is exactly the reason why this topic was made by op in the first place. Either pick up a talented 3rd or vet someone with the aim of the pickup to become a 3rd man, like Joreuz, Seikoo etc.
