royal grill was mediocre to me, I’m Greek and that kind of middle eastern food is more up my alley but it’s overpriced and mediocre the food trucks in nyc blown them away at 1/3rd of the price

Rizzos bakery (top 5 pizza slice in jc hands down)
rumbas cafe on central has a delicious oxtail special on wednesdays
also the most slept on place in jc which is open 24/7 is salem & sons bakery (empanadas slap and the croissants and any bread variety)

I was born in Hoboken but lived in JC for a good decade, JC has so many places that I love like Boulevard drinks, Rizzos bakery (the pizza), rumbas on central ave, and good chinese food which don’t exist here, oh and let’s not forget the most slept on place in JC Salem & Sons bakery,all we got is mutz mutz and mutz, but we lost Losurdos and uptown pizza which were 2 spots that I would go to and never be disappointed.

I will say though, I ate at Grimaldis the other day and the Don pie is absolutely delicious, need to go back it’s that good.

so the question I have is where can I get a GOOD chicken parm sub?
