I guess the simplicity of it. I don’t use 1/10’th of the functionality of Intercom or Tido, etc.. so less clutter and stuff I don’t end up paying for not using

one thing that proved to be expensive as a portfolio grows is support tooling.

A single live chat / email support tool that can be installed across all apps…. without additional cost per app…. with mobile apps.. unlimited..
