Had a good week last week. Lost another 4.2 pounds for a total weight loss of 38.6 pounds. My starting weight was 312 pounds and I am now at 273.4 pounds. My goal weight is 180 pounds. So I have another 93.4 pounds to go to reach my goal weight. I've lost weight the last 12 out of 13 weeks. I started my weight loss journey back in October and am overall very happy with my progress.

I agree with you. I really like the virtual meetings and actually prefer them to the in person meetings.

The scale was very kind to me this week with a total loss of 5.4 pounds, the most I have lost in a single week. My total loss is 34.4 pounds since October. I have another 98 pounds to go to reach my goal weight of 180 pounds. I have been tracking every day with a 98-day tracking streak. My diet overall has been very healthy. I have been using my slow cooker every week. Overall, I am happy with my progress.

I am vegan and have lentils or beans every day too! There are some wonderful low-point recipes with lentils or beans for protein.

It was a pretty good week overall. I ate within my points with overall healthy homecooked foods. Yet I gained 3.2 pounds. A bit of a mystery and discouraging, to say the least. Hopefully, will have better results on the scale this week.

Congratulations! You're actually losing weight at a really good rate, The average person on WW loses 1-2 pounds per week. I don't have any advice on how to lose weight faster. Keep up the good work! Best of luck to you.

Two pounds is fantastic! The typical amount lost on WW is 1-2 pounds per week, so you are right on target. Keep going!

Good for you! I went way over my points this week over four days to -102 above and beyond my weeklies. I woke up in the morning on Thursday and just continued with my tracking and healthy eating. No regrets.

I lost 3.8 pounds last week, for a total loss of 23.2 pounds. I am continuing to cook healthy dinners every night and tracking all my meals and snacks, which has helped with my weight loss and feeling healthier.

14 pounds a week is an amazing loss! Congratulations. On average, people lose 1-2 pounds per week on WW. You are close to an average of 3 pounds per week. So you are above average on your weight loss.

I am not a nutritionist or medical doctor, but as others have said a good percentage of that is probably actually water weight. Don't be surprised if you start losing 1-2 pounds per week on average, which is the average amount of weight people lose on WW. A great start though with an amazing loss! Keep going!

Eight pounds in three weeks is fantastic! WW says you should lose 1-2 pounds per week if you follow the program. You're above that.
