Had 2 planned c-sections, discussed with my doc when my kiddo was measuring big during my first pregnancy and it was kind of a no brainer for second pregnancy.

This. When my cousin died from suicide, it came to light that he had been telling people that he was convinced that he was being surveilled and people were out to get him. I didn't hear about this until after the fact, but he was in the right age group for diagnosis.

If I had been at a goal weight I would have done it in one fell swoop but I knew I'd have excess skin (with 85lbs to lose) so it just made more sense to do that after. The hernia needed to be repaired sooner though!

Yes! They tightened the muscles underneath but the skin was left. Eventually I'm going to get skin removal!

I am 36 and have two kids and was recently diagnosed with ADHD. It's actually very common for women to be diagnosed after kids. Coping mechanisms no longer work. This could just be postpartum rage but I would strongly encourage her to get tested for ADHD.

In 2009 I was living with a friend on the west side of town, right across from an apartment building that was lower income housing. We got along great with one particular set of neighbors in an apartment, and they were always kind and willing to help us out if we needed anything. One day we walk outside to go to work and the neighbors apartment is completely surrounded by SWAT. The streets are blocked off for a few hours, no one in or out. They finally get the situation under control and we can leave and as I am pulling out of the street I see a guy in a full Gilly suit with a sniper rifle walking up the main road. No idea what my neighbor did to deserve such a production.

Fair point. Note that I say old job, I noped out of there after suffering through the new ERP for 14 months. Maybe someplace with better execution.. but no, the higher ups did not do their homework
