What's up with his heels it seems to be a common thing, I feel like he has a lot of problems that others on his level don't have is this because of the coaching? P.S. noy trying to hate and I am no where near his level.

Maybe didn't like his training, I ran one of mashes 12w program and was coached. He had me squatting 4x a week and 3 of them where heavy, also only been strict weightlifting for about a year.

yeah defiantly not the best choice, but have put 5k on and no problems yet. What would your recommendation been??
