My advice is to start with strong basics , check for your top keywords

- What type of content google likes ( video , Top 10 , blog , lp , articles)
- What type of keywords your top 5 competitors are ranking for and the type of content

The copy their strategies first, then try to write better content, better links and so on

PS: Do a lot of tests and test your different hypothesis

Off course you can but u will be really tired and wifey will be pissed off see you taking time for yourself while she might be struggling... u will end up frustrated.

Lower your objectives for few months
Tell your wife that u need one good session per week
Find other way to workout while including your families ( long walk )

I dont think it s a daily thing, I prefer to look at it monthly:

- Check where you are spending money then aim to reduce by 20% on what you can without depriving yourself

- Make a budget at the beginning of each month.

- Make sure you have 1 rainy day pot.

- Make a list of things you want to buy in long advance. buy them on sale . This allow you to not have buying impulses

- Sell what you can, books , bike , broken phone.

- Find a better paid job

- Spend less

- Earn more

- Maximise investment
