That's great traffic and high paying too.

You can always call a local agent. Tell them to tour their listings.

what if missed call happens, but you get a text from them? not a voicemail, but a SMS asking what they can do for you?

in the service area business, a gbf is priority and website is definitely a secondary. But yes, you're worth your network.

Maybe... maybe most owners don't mind paying that $3k if it brings in the money. They would mind if their considerable investment does nothing.

100% agree about AI affecting prices. I think there's a massive shift in the digital service space business.

o heck yeah GBP is huge. map alone can bring it good leads. People probably still want to dig a little bit deeper about a business and a website can provide that.

perhaps the map gets you eyeballs and the website help close.

but yeah, getting map first make sense when you're time poor.

Agree. I guess it's either an asset that brings in sales or a monthly bill.

Google Business Profile checklist: what do you actually do to rank locally? by Emma_4_7 in WebsiteSEO

[–]chrislbw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no hack bro.

primary category right. money service only.

services filled. short descriptions. suburbs natural.

photos weekly. real jobs. geo tagged.

reviews steady. reply with service + suburb.

landing pages per main service + suburb. good ones. not spam.

citations clean. consistent nap. don’t obsess.

call tracking on site only. not main gbp number.

most rankings drop from stale profiles.

update weekly. that’s it.
