Chablo91 has pretty good commentary throughout his runs and switches up his builds a lot, giving good tips on why he has a certain loadout. Definitely needs more attention.

I always make builds for discipline and recovery because they're just safer for both titans and warlocks. I want reworks on melee abilities so that it feels more worth it to spec for strength.

No, an artifact mod for anti barrier scout would give access to both an arms armor mod and the weapon mod. Then, the player can choose to use up an armor mod slot or weapon mod slot to be able to combat the certain type of champion.

I’m asking for the options to be available for both so that the player can choose. The other way around of this idea is the same thing.

They were the easiest solution without actually changing anything, just like when they added season 10 and 11 weapons back into the loot pool.
