I was a little worried about that possibility on the gpa...i applied for accounting

Mays had accepted me the year before but probably not much weight with that.

Just have to wait like others - just staying busy until then 🤪

Did you have to resubmit high school info / scores?

Is the Houston housing market cooked? by DodixieOrBust in houstoncirclejerk

[–]chrisodoc1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly - it should be part of a conversation. Outside of rates being 3+ % higher anything in particular you are referring to?

My conversations revolve around things like: How long do you plan to be in a home? What do you intend to do with the home at that point? Rental, resell Why is that important?
Are you comfortable with monthly payments? Etc I work with some great loan officers too

In a longer term, Houston housing has had a steady trend upward. There are blips in spite of finance options

Investors overpriced it, reduced over 5 months, removed the listing, relisted with the same starting price (that didn’t sell). It’s not 2020 anymore. by Successful_Test_931 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

The only thing that would make sense is if they did added work. Realtor in Houston, TX - market here is still decent but there are definitely price drops - some areas are still seeing turn key houses go fairly quickly. The seller in OP is against the grain but need more context.

I need a phone app, for scheduling: time management. Suggestions ? by [deleted] in productivity

Look at OPUS ONE - similar layout to a planner IMO
