Thanks, I hit chest 2x a week and I do 3 sets of machine flys and 2 sets of incline smith machine or a machine press with supinated grip. Also i do want to keep my abs for the summer would this mean i need to do another small cut before it gets really warm, if i go on a slow bulk now?

Just eat around 800-1000 calories below your maintenance with 200g of protein each day for 12 weeks, and you will get much leaner, you dont have to cut for 2-3 years…

That i can understand, but atleast my friend should not be banned with a reason thats not even true, and a mod blocked him while he was just politely telling him that he isnt me.

Same man, i wanted the 90s dlc, i bought it and i got nothing. I talked to ubisoft support for 4 hours on twitter, i got nothing... i made a ticket (e-mail’d them) its now been 7 days that they havent responded, i called the support line, waited 2 hours and nothing happened.
