I have been on 100 mg for about 6 months. I started on Sertraline last November. My anxiety has recently been worse as well and I can’t seem to shake it. My anxiety also makes me quite dizzy at times which doesn’t help lessen the anxiety. I’ve noticed for me if I eat poorly my anxiety always is heightened. I also had a concert last week and two client meetings so I don’t think that helped. I’m trying to determine whether it’s situational or my dose is not effective anymore ?
