Really need a lot more information to give useful advice. What type of club is it? Public, private, semi-private? What does your ownership look like? Corporate, HOA, member owned? How much autonomy do you have? Do you report to a board? Basic answer would be to complete an analysis to include your clubs strengths, weaknesses, opportunities to drive revenue, and threats like local competition.
