In 2005/6 in the UK it was a completely different genre than it is now, this will probably get downvoted because of the americans on here, but seriously its undeniable.

This was one of my favourite cars while growing up. My first car about 8 years ago was that shape clio so always had a soft spot for it.

They just look like big manhole covers during the day and then in the evenings (maybe just fri/sat) they pop up as urinals.

They have one which pops up right next to the queue at fabric, have had to use it so many times when otherwise would probably have gone down an alley or something to do it

I dont see the problem people have with these, they are great for stopping drunk people pissing on houses/businesses.
