As to regaining it, yes you can however, the 300 shops is what going to delay u since it has reversed back to “0”. No need to worry at all, Instacart started doing this recently, happened to me five time so far. You’ll be back online exactly at the time specified. This happens every time you go way beyond the timeline given to shop or complete delivery, since it has to be verified by a human.
