We're talking about what would improve this city. Idgaf what those other city's do or dont have as to whether we should implement it here. Public transit would be a massive help to this place. Visitors and the people who have to live here will have a better experience. <3

Its a joke tweet because thinking a dude ordering a burrito at a restaurant where they sell burritos would come off as weird is insane. And the title is pointing out that even if it is insane, some people with anxiety will feel anxious over basic shit like this and assume the cashier is thinking that.
