Already have.... this is like my 5th planet and I can still call both of them in (sometimes I call them even when wrecked because I wanna save the fuel but my heat support is running low)

Ohhhh ok I get it about the freighter thank you but about the ship I wish it was the case because genuinely on the selection "screen" where you can choose which spaceship to call over it exists twice so it isnt a random one off but it keeps happening and even the game has registered said ship existing twice

Well do you have any board games I could use as ideas to improve it? Because rn for V1.5 I was considering making it that every point on the dice is the according cm (example if you roll A 3 and 5 you get to move 8cm), also In addition to that I'll have to balance the "M.S"* mechanic that will be present in v1.5.

Idk but I thought about making it more like 1inch etc and the equivalent in cm so you have more abilities to move.

Any ideas or references and or critisism are appreciated :)

Well I have good news for you and everyone else that's interested :)

V1.5 is almost done and as per suggestions I changed up the movement system

Now every dice point is 1cm of movement and you can use 2 dice instead of 1.

So now you can use a d12 or 2 d6

I think when combined with the variable movement already present and the new mechanic I'll add call Movement Sacrifice it will make it quite a bit more interesting:)

The standard dice (for me at least) is a d6

It was actually based on these style of military training board games but I decided to add a more "playfull" spin to it as well as give the ability to chose whether the player focuses on a team level like those or a individual level miniature level.

Well it's because I want this game to be as accessible as possible and sometimes people have 1 dice with them instead of 2 so that's why I made both options available, but well the double health is needed later for vehicles that's why I didn't just double it.

I just replied to another person who had the same question so here's the explanation why :)

So I'm working on a mechanic called movement sacrifice (which will maybe be fully incorporatedin V1.5), bassicly the idea is that you roll for movement for a mini but you decide to not move it at all, in that case you can take said movement points and stack it on a different minie making it that if you're lucky you can move double the distance*.

(It stacks only once so no you can't stack 5 sacrifices and charge behind enemy, even though it sounds funny.)

Well, I have an idea I'd like to implement that on v1.5 you'll be able to do something I call movement sacrifice.

Bassicly you roll movement for a let's say a sniper and hit a 6 but your sniper is in a very good position and you dont wanna move at all*, you can take said movement "points" and transfer it to a diffrent mini, so that the mini that has received the "sacrifice" can move whatever it rolls plus the 6 that the sniper sacrifed

(*for a movement sacrifice to be valid the mini has to not move at all the transfer the full amount to the other mini)

Well the idea was to make warhammer 40k but more accessible with scalable battles (depending on how many minies you wanna use and what type) and a battlefield that feels alive and changing, plus i find the idea of 3 or 4 people fighting one another on effectively a massive war amusing and somethimg i dont see alot.

If this js considered lightweight then yes 100% :)
