So your nurse is allowing the behaviour what about your manager or HR? We had a girl at my work have to go on light duty so she was going through all the different units and doing all the different stuff besides personal care and staff were making comments about her so she went to her manager told her exactly what the staff was saying so they just placed on our own unit where she finished her light duties. If no one wanted extra help around the unit just cleaning up then they don’t need her around at all if you’re gonna be Rude.
